The Vintage Community streets will be refreshed with a new coat of seal coating/striping on May 29th and May 31st. Please make sure to follow the guidelines listed below. Monticello Way, Biltmore Drive, Stoney Hill Drive, First Half of Barrington Drive
Seal Coating/Striping Phase 2: May 31
Second Half of Barrington Drive, Amberleaf Way, Twin Hills Way, Oakville Ct, Helena Ct, Chateau Ct, El Chimisal Gate
Please be advised wet slurry seal will stick to shoes, clothing, and vehicles; please don’t walk, ride your bicycle or drive over it until the surface is completely dry. Dry time is advised at twenty-four hours. It is important that you cooperate in this process by staying off the asphalt until the barricades are removed.

- All vehicles must be removed from designated work areas by 7:00am.
- Sprinklers must be shut off from 24 hours prior to 24 hours after work has been completed.
