All homeowners are welcome to the General Session Meetings, Executive Session meetings are closed to the membership unless you were invited to attend for a hearing related issue.

Safe-listing of vehicles can be completed online at: https://vintagehoa.nordicsec.com. Please see attachment below for instructions. Each homeowner will receive their own individual ID Code via mail the week of May 20th.

The Vintage Community streets will be refreshed with a new coat of seal coating/striping on May 29th and May 31st. Please make sure to follow the guidelines listed below. Notices will also be posted on each homeowners door the week prior to the scheduled project. Should you have any questions, please contact the management office at (951) 699-2918.

1. All vehicles must be removed from designated work areas by 7:00am.
2. Sprinklers must be shut off from 24 hours prior to 24 hours after work has been completed.  

 
Please be advised wet slurry seal will stick to shoes, clothing, and vehicles; please don’t walk, ride your bicycle or drive over it until the surface is completely dry.  Dry time is advised at twenty-four hours. It is important that you cooperate in this process by staying off the asphalt until the barricades are removed.
