Contractor will be present at approximately 7:00 a.m. No parking/driving/admittance will be permitted for 24 hours and until contractor removes the orange cones. Seal coating will take several hours, and must be allowed to dry. This project will affect all homeowners leaving/entering the community for 48-hours, please plan your days accordingly.
Please plan to park your vehicles on the street of a phase that is not being done the day that your street is being completed. Note that during this project, overnight street parking will be allowed.
*DO NOT DRIVE ON STREETS UNTIL THE ORANGE CONES ARE REMOVED! VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT MOVED OFF OF THE STREET WILL BE RELOCATED AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE! ANYONE WHO DRIVES ONTO AND DAMAGES THE WET SURFACE WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL REPAIR COSTS.*
WHEN LEAVING OR ENTERING THE COMMUNITY DRIVE WITH CAUTION AND BE AWARE OF ANY STREETS THAT ARE CONED AND TAPED OFF. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY TENANT
